A: The website migration service that our company is offering is free (to a certain extent). We will transfer your website(s) to our high–end cloud hosting platform without you needing to do anything. We know from personal experience that changing hosting providers can lead to lost data and unnecessary network downtime. This is why we will perform all that for you at no cost!We’ve got experienced administrators whose chief task is to make sure that your website performs exactly as it did on your old hosting platform. Our administrators are well–versed in transferring custom–made web sites, as well as web sites that are based on famous scripts like Joomla^™ and WordPress.

A: While we can’t give you an exact time frame, because there are many factors, among them the size of the web files and databases, the location of the current host’s server, the complexity of your website and the present workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we will do our very best to move your website within 48 hours, and in certain cases – within 24 hours (in case the website content is not large).

A: We do not gather any information that is sensitive. We’ll need, though, the login information for your old hosting account along with the name of the web site that you’d like to migrate.

A: User privacy is one of our leading responsibilities – because of this, both our payment page and our CP login page are protected with enterprise–level SSL certificates. We use safety measures, which include, but are not limited to: physical, electronic and managerial methods to protect the details that we receive on the World Wide Web. And we’ve got a very detailed and rigid Privacy Policy, which describes the types of information that we collect.

A: Nope. Your site will stay available online during the migration. Once everything is completed on our end, we’ll inform you so that you can preview it and check for any problems. If everything’s okay, all you will have to do is edit your domain’s DNS resource records.

A: While we transfer your web content, your web hosting provider won’t be aware of the migration at all. We will not get in touch with them in any way.

A: Yep. We support all traditional Linux–powered web hosting platforms. We do not support Windows–based hosting platforms, because we don’t provide Windows hosting services ourselves.We also don’t support proprietary web site building and management interfaces such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
